Toy Boutique is a retail store only and does not provide the opportunity to purchase wholesale.
Methods of Payment
Paypal
Toy Boutique uses paypal to receive payment for purchases. You do not need to have a paypal account to make a purchase. Simply click on 'continue' under mastercard and visa icons and enter your card details. If you are an existiing paypal account holder you can make an instant payment and receive your product quickly. Returns & Refund
Toy Boutique abides by Australian Trading Laws.
Whils every care is taken to best represt a product via image and product description should you be unhappy with your purchase, Toy Boutique will gladly offer refund, or exchange for your product. Please note this is required within 21 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for returns and refunds of all items.
To obtain a refund or exchange the product must be returned in original packaging and in original unused condition. A refund or exchange is offered when a product is faulty and is returned within 10 days.
Please notify Toy Boutique upon receipt of product if you are not satisfied to organise return / exchange of item.
Please note that refunds are for the item price only and postage costs will be deducted from refund.

Your details will be used for postage purposes only and will not be provided to any third party.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 1 - 17 JULY WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL MONDAY 18 JULY 2011. THANKYOU
Toy Boutique uses Australia Post for delivery of all purchases. All prices for products include postage and handling charges. Whenever possible Toy Boutique will use recycled packaging to post items. For items that are required by a certain deadline, Express Post can be organised for an additional charge. Please contact us if this is required.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Toy Boutique will gladly accommodate customers requiring items to be posted internationally for an additional charge. Please contact us for a price.
Please note that postage costs will not be refunded if you have simply changed your mind.
